Emergency Call Centre Supervisor

Inherent requirement of the job:
Ability to work shifts.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Appropriate Certificate Call Centre Management (NQF Level 4).
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in an Emergency Call Centre environment.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Excellent knowledge of CAD. Good leadership and supervisory skills. Computer literacy.

Note:

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Supervise inbound and outbound operations. Liaise with public regarding complaints and compliments. Train and supervise staff. Planning and strategic rostering of staff. Administrative duties. Handle of Labour relations (disciplinaries and grievances).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 257 508 - R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
