Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and in writing in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to collate and verify data accurately. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure, interpret and apply policies. Above average computer and software literacy (MS Word and Excel) .
 
Experience:
Appropriate clinical administrative experience and typing experience.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Ensure Effective and efficient typing of post- mortems. Ensure effective and efficient administrative support to the Division for Forensic Medicine UCT/FPS. Ensure effective Management of forensic database. Ensure effective management of Forensic Documentation.

Remuneration:
R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
