| Appropriate experience in project management and coordinating the implementation of learnership programmes (via the EPWP and HWSETA). |

| Excellent client relationship management. Excellent project management and data management. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, EPWPRS and PERSAL). |

| Manage the EPWP programme in collaboration with National Public Works, Provincial Transport and Public Works as well as the Department of Social Development as the provincial lead Department. Co-ordinate EPWP in line with the EPWP Sectorial Determination. Manage and implement the EPWP Reporting System (EPWP RS). Monitor stipends paid to EPWP interns and learners (EPWP Expenditure). Administration of finances with relation to EPWP. Monitor Service Level Agreements with NPOs and the EPWP budget. Administration of Provisioning and Procurement in a People Development environment. Liaise with relevant stakeholders including HWSETA, HEIs and NPOs. Travel extensively to promote and implement EPWP in the Province. Handle telephone and written enquiries. Provide general support to the Directorate: People Development. |

Remuneration:

R 376 596 - R 443 601 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
