| Render a PERSAL Helpdesk support function and provide guidance and support to PERSAL Users with regard to the appropriate application of the system’s functionality. Assist with the management and administration of System Change Control (SCC) requests. Assist with the management and administration of PERSAL Access Security Control. Assist with the management and administration of Departmental and Central codes. Coordinate and administer the clearance of PERSAL Suspense File transactions. Assist with management and administration of Pay Sheet Control for Head Office. Assist with investigation and clearance of all PERSAL Audit Reports. Provide Persal training at institutions on a regular basis when required/requested. |
