| Provide assistance and training on various e-procurement systems (ePS) to all institutions. Assist with registration Suppliers on both CSD and WCSEB. Assist suppliers with maintenance and updating their WCSEB and CSD profiles. Identify system challenges and assist users at the various institutions on all e-procurement systems. Assist with training sessions or visits to institutions on system challenges, best practices on the e-procurement systems. Assist with implementation of new systems within the supply chain environment. Keep systems manuals and Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) updated with any changes in the e-procurement systems. Willingness to travel and be out of office for long periods to implement new system at institution. |

| Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
