ECM Scan Centre Supervisor: Medical Records

Experience:
Appropriate experience in the full spectrum of ECM and Medical Records. Appropriate supervisory experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Broad knowledge and experience in ECM and Medical Records processes. Good supervisory skills. Knowledge and application of the WC Archive Act 43/1996. Experience in the systems utilised in Medical Records (Clinicom, Kodak Capture; Enterprise Scan; Open Text/ECM etc.)
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Ensure that the records management processes and resources are managed accordingly, to maintain performance standards. Efficient management of ECM / Medical Records processes. Effective supervision of staff within the component and attendance of ADHOC meetings. Efficient management of computer equipment and system related matters, Troubleshooting / Identify and resolve records management related problems and Liaise with IT. Provide system support to End Users. Effective support to Supervisor, colleagues, and other departments.

Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid Code (B/EB) drivers licence or higher) drivers licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
