| Computer literacy. Knowledge of District Health Planning. |

| Coordinate the effective control over the sale of Group I Hazardous substances to co-ordinate the investigation of chemical poisonings. Data analysis and reporting procedures. District Health Planning, management, monitoring and evaluation environmental health programs, Data analysis and reporting procedures. Working closely with the Provincial Communicable Disease Control (CDC) component on the effective co-ordination of the response to notified medical conditions. The overall planning and management of Environmental Health. Previous exposure to dealing with and managing Disaster and Outbreak interface between public and private sectors in Health Services. Interface between National and District Environmental Health services and implementation Support. Implementation plan for management. Effective support to the management of Provincial Health Care Risk Waste (HCRW) so as to be able to support districts and health institutions with the National/Provincial. Effective monitoring, evaluation and support of District Municipal Environmental Health services. |
