| Process documentation for LOGIS. Log 1 to Order. Verify suppliers on WCSDB and CSD and inviting of quotations via IPS. Compile bid templates and prepare document bundles to be submitted to the Vetting or Quotation. Fax/e-mail orders to suppliers, follow up on outstanding orders. Receive goods and services, verifying correctness. Capture invoices and safekeeping of all documentation. Reconciliation of statements. Manage and control buy-out stationary. Accept responsibility for assets under your control. Assist with asset and inventory counts. Assist other admin sub-units with service delivery. ORAT orders on the LOGIS system. Maintain spreadsheet for Limited Bidding reports. |
