| Appropriate 3-year National Diploma or Degree. |

| Appropriate experience in a Supply Chain Management and/or Auditing/Risk Management environment. |
| |

| Develop, implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures. Facilitate and co-ordinate training to institutions regarding procurement policies and procedures. Investigate SCM abuse allegations and report on findings. Perform an effective and efficient helpdesk function. |

| Knowledge of all aspects relating to Procurement and Risk Management. Knowledge of all applicable legislation governing the SCM procurement environment. Highly developed problem solving abilities. Strong policy development and report formulation skills. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, analytical and decision making skills. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). |
