| Overall coordination and monitoring of the on-going activities within communities and community structures within the Cape Winelands district. Engaging with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the realisation of Western Cape Government Health`s Vision and Mission regarding community involvement and participation Facilitate community dialogues. Consolidate and prepare reports. Support and assist with establishing and implementation of clinic committees. |
