Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Commitment, integrity and the ability to finish jobs. | An appropriate three year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree). |

| Appropriate experience in office administration and rendering support services to Senior Management. Appropriate working experience in a Supply Chain Management environment. |

| Function as manager/supervisor in the respect of: Staff supervision, administration of appraisal process, training and development. Participate in strategic planning and unit operational planning. Monitor and control expenditure of budget, including management of supplier contracts. Prepare presentations, render secretariat services and prepare documentation with regards to complex issues for internal and external stakeholders. Report to senior management. Asset management, stock control and procurement functions. Attend meetings with the Chief Director, as required and follow up progress of tasks allocated to managers. Remain up to date with regard to the applicable prescripts, policies and procedures. |

The person appointed to this position will be subjected to a security clearance and signing of a performance agreement and an employment contract. R 376 596 per annum - R 443 601 per annnum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
