| Render an effective and efficient medical records service of Registry Section according to DOH policy. Complete relevant Clinicom system transactions. Accurately and timeously file all patient folders and other notes. Maintain an effective filing system and attending to relevant queries (verbal and written). Maintain and repair patient files and prepare case notes for archiving. Maintain an effective filing system an co-operation and support to Supervisor, Colleagues and members of the Management team. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
