| Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel. Ability to acquire skills based on basic knowledge of security systems installations within buildings. Ability to acquire skills in contract processes and the interpretation of project plans. Performing Estate related facilities management functions as well as security related system functions. |

| Assist with planning and draughting of specifications with regards to related projects. Interact with the hospitals engineering department on a regular basis. Attending meetings in relation to projects and reporting. Procurement, delivery and quality control of facility, parking and gardening administration and projects. Assist with the monitoring of all stakeholders at the hospital in respect of facility management responsibility. Assist with problem solving and with regards to facility management responsibility. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
