| Appropriate supervisory as well as appropriate experience in Patient Administration, Medical Records, Revenue and Hospital Fees Environment. |

| Appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree. |

| Knowledge of patient administration related policies, procedures and practices. Sound knowledge of Hospital Fees Memorandum Chapter 18, HIS (Clinicom/AR), BAS, UPFS, PFMA. Working experience of HIS/CLINICOM/BAS/AR. Good managerial, leadership and interpretation skills. Computer literacy (MS Office package). Ability to communicate (Verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

| Manage the Hospital fees, Admissions and Medical Records sections. Manage and ensure compliance within the Revenue department. Ensure that monthly reporting is completed and submitted timeously. Effective budget control. Manage all Human Resource Management and Labour relations related functions within the Revenue component. Attend meetings and Forums. Interpret, communicate and implement PFMA, Treasury and Finance Instructions. |
