| Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to analyse reports and data. Good interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure without supervision. |

| Render administrative support to the Sub-directorates Health Research, Evaluation and Directorate: Health Impact Assessment. Liaise with internal and external role-players with regards to research applications/proposals. Monitor and update NHRD database. Assist with logistical arrangements of meetings. Maintain effective filing systems. Assist with ordering and monitoring stock levels, equipment and assets. |

| Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or senior certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focus on the key performance areas of the post. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
