Experience:
Appropriate experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
 
Note:
Only applicants within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Proven knowledge and experience of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution. Transfer of skills/ training. Good communication and interpersonal skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team. Advanced Computer literacy (MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Electronic Records Management. High level of interaction with colleagues and management. Ability to provide basic supply chain management functions. Ability to transfer skills/ provide training.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Provide ECM Essential and Custodian Training. Assist end user with the uploading and managing of documents on ECM. Providing guidance on how to manage workspaces as well as the roles and responsibilities of each user. Filing of physical files and the quality assurance thereof. Provide general administration support to other departments (Medical Manager.) Proficient planning, organization and execution of tasks. Provide effective supply chain management assistance. General administrative functions as set out in the duties. Maintaining and revising the taxonomy of workspaces within each department.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
