| Appropriate practical experience in patient administration. Appropraite experience in Clinicom/ ECM. Appropriate administrative experience within a hospital patient administration environment. |

| Check patient accounts on Clinicom. Search for patient records on ECM. Liaise with Medical Aid Schemes to verify membership and available benefits. Ensure that invoices have been coded correctly. Draw and analyse Global Reports. Assist with EDI rejections. Completion of Charge Sheets for billing of H2&H3. Responding to queries, filing of documentation. |

| Computer literacy in Microsoft package (Word, Excel and Outlook). Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly. |
