Appropriate experience in Hospital Fees related environment. |
|
|
Cashier/Banking/protection of state money/cash, completing/recording of deposit slip. Complete and capture special and general journals. Perform other related BAS related duties. (Recon between BAS an AR). Handling of all IOD cases/ Credit balances/ Billing of NHLS, RAF, Medical Aid and hospital Invoices, Billing and follow up of accounts. Relieving clerk for cashier and billing clerk and perform duties of absent colleagues. Handle all telephonic, written enquiries. |

Knowledge and working experience in Hospital Fees. Knowledge of computerised financial management systems, Public Financial Management Act (PFMA). National and Provincial Treasury and knowledge of HIS/Clinicom and Accounts Receivable (AR). Knowledge of UPFS (Uniform Patient Fees System) and BAS. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Valid (Code B EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to work schedules hours according to operational needs. Willingness to rotate and relieve cashier and do banking. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
