Experience:
Appropriate experience within a Health Environment. Appropriate experience in information systems such as SINJANI/PHCIS/CLINICOM. Appropriate experience in HAST data management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Windows, Word and Excel). Strong organisational skills. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Note:

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform administrative functions pertaining to the TB/HIV/STI/PMTCT Programmes in the sub-district office and at Facility level. Central data capturing of Sub-district TB and ART (ETR and TIER.net). All data capturing, report compiling and other reasonable duties requested by manger. All reception duties, including the making and answering of telephone calls. Liaise with NGO partners and events planning.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Valid B/EB driver’s licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
