Experience:
Appropriate administrative experience in a health/patient environment. Knowledge and/or appropriate experience of legal terms and procedures.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Competent in MS Word and Excel level 2. Problem solving and conflict management with good organisational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Sound knowledge of Clinicom system. Knowledge of PAIA.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform patient administrative and financial duties: complete documentation (Clinicom), filling of documents in accordance with the filing system of the Department. Perform general administrative duties e.g. record keeping, typing, telephone duties, reception, faxing and photocopying. Manage and order stock on LOGIS and assist with asset management. Completion of forms for external clients and legal entities. Deliver an effective administrative support service to all the members of the multi-disciplinary team.
 
Requirements
Senior certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Valid (code B/EB) drivers licence. Physical fit and able to perform tasks.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
