| A valid code B/EB driver’s licence. |

| Appropriate experience in Support service, Supply chain management and reporting and transport management. |

| Computer literacy and thorough knowledge of computer systems (LOGIS, BAS, and MS Office). Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National and Provincial Treasury Regulations, Departmental delegations, AO System and financial reporting. The ability to interpret and apply financial policies, procedures and prescripts. Knowledge of GMT prescripts and policies. |

| Ensure timeous and accurate reporting of financial transactions pertaining to accounting and supply chain management Assist with effective and efficient contract management within the district. Facilitate accurate a credible input into the monthly reporting. Supervision of support services personnel within the Component. Assist with effective supervision on GG fleet vehicles and maintenance within Sub-district. Assist with the procurement of goods and services on behalf of the Sub Structure-office. |

R 257 508- R 303 339 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
