| A minimum of 3 years’ appropriate experience as Medical Officer after registration with HPCSA as Medical Practitioner. |

| Quality clinical, non-clinical and medico-legal patient care as required by the various programmes of the Department of Health. Supervise-, Support -, transfer of knowledge to-, training-, coaching and mentoring of the clinical staff and auxiliary staff. Drive the CPD and M&M Programs as well as other Clinical related programmes. Provide and efficient administration service regarding all clinical and non-clinical matters and medico-legal work. Provide guidance and leadership towards the realisation of strategic goals and objectives of the division. Promote COPC and ‘Dr adopt a Clinic’ on the PHC-Platform. Ensure a cost efficient service at clinical level with regards to laboratory services, blood, medicine, consumables and equipment. |

| Registration with the HPSCA as a Medical Practitioner. |

Remuneration:

R 1 173 900-R 1 302 849 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
