A valid code B/EB driver’s licence. |

Appropriate experience in a Health environment. Appropriate experience in Secretarial and Office Administration. |

|
Effective administration of the Contract Management Unit and the reception area. Effective provision of other admin support tasks. Administration of personnel H/R related matters. Procurement of goods, efficient general accounting practices. |
|
|
High numerical literacy, data management and good computer literacy (proficiency in Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, MS-office Suite and emails). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate fluently in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
