Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and in written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and independently with good report-writing skills, conflict management and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of Labour Law and applicable common law principles. |

Appropriate 3-year National Diploma/Degree. |

Provide departments with advice on all Labour issues. Facilitate Labour Relations training and staff wellness. Promote sound Labour Relations in the Institution. Monitor and co-ordinate all Labour Relations activities. Case management with regards to disciplinary and grievance matters. Facilitate the effective functioning of the IMLC. |

|
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. |

Remuneration:
|
R 316 791 per annum - R 373 167 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
