Appropriate experience in Office administration. Appropriate experience in patient Administration and Hospital Information Systems may serve as an advantage. |

Computer literacy, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to speak at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills. Independent practitioner, ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality and perform well under pressure. |

Office administration and support including, faxing, copying, filing, minute taking and telephone inquiries. Patient administration – process patient documents, forms, folders; appointments and transport bookings Information management – ward administration; statistics collection; data capturing Resource management maintain stock levels, ordering of supplies, appliances, equipment and consumable stock; loss and inventory control; maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. Quality assurance - Professional interaction with clients both internal and external; implement quality assurance and improvement plans as delegated. |

Willingness to rotate between wards based on operational needs. Willingness to work shifts including weekends and Public holidays. Willingness to work overtime as requested. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
