Communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Human Resource Management. Knowledge of PERSAL, HRM Policies and Pre-scripts. Ability to maintain confidentiality. |

Experience in Human Resource Administration and knowledge of PERSAL. |

Render effective administrative service (appointments, termination, transfers, salary administration, HRD housing. WCA’s, debt management etc.) in the HRM department and the optimal processing of data on PERSAL. Effective handling and completion of all personnel queries and administrative tasks. Effective and efficient record keeping of all HR documents. Act as Personnel Representative during Recruitment and Selection processes. Render optimal support to supervisor and colleagues. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Valid code B/EB driver’s licence and willingness to travel. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
