Senior Administrative Officer: Employee Services (Payroll)

Minimum educational qualification:
Appropriate 3 years National Diploma/Degree.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Aptitude with working with figures. Extensive Persal knowledge.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Managing the People Management Department: Payroll. Ensure accurate and timeous approval and authorisation of all Persal transactions (salary related transactions). Administer new appointments and implementation of OSD. Manage Pension Administration. Monitor and manage service terminations. Supervise and oversee the People Management Archives.

Experience:
Supervisory experience. Appropriate payroll experience.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 316 791 per annum - R 373 167 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
