Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Admit patients to facility. Management of appointment system at facility. Complete registers and ordering and stock management as requested by the Operational Manager. Implement Registry Plus at PHC Facility and capture data. In-service training of other staff.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in capturing on PHCIS, TB systems, Tier.net and Sinjani.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Ability to accept accountability and responsibility with good interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. A course in Routine Health Information System for Data Capturers.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Willingness to work 8-hours (i.e. Monday-Friday) and also overtime when required at any health facility within the Breede Valley Sub-district.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
