Administration Clerk: Support Services

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
A working knowledge of PHCIS, Tier.net, Sinjani. Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Presentation skills. Good written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work in an organised manner, be innovative with problem solving skills and analytical thinking. Ability to speak, read and write in at least two of the tree official languages (Western Cape).
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in a patient reception area. Appropriate experience and knowledge of Health Information Management processes. Appropriate working experience in data capturing in Sinjani, PHCIS, Tier.net, etc.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient rendering of clientele and telephonic service in the clinic/health facility. Effective and efficient administrative support to personnel and facility manager. Ensure effective data quality in Information management. Assistance with all the Meetings. Ensure the implementation of policies regarding Record management.
 
Requirements
Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
 
Note:
It will be expected of shortlisted candidates to do a practical test.

Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
