ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (Recruitment and Selection)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in recruitment and selection.
 
Note:
Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. Only applicants within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Extensive knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, practises relevant to Recruitment and Selection. Ability to work in a team. Computer skills.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Render a recruitment and selection function. Ensure employment contract are accurately timeously issued. Investigate grievances/disputes linked to recruitment and selection. Compile database on status of advertised posts. Supervision of staff. Assist with RWOEE.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
