Appropriate administrative experience in a hospital environment. |
|
|
Effectively contribute to the provision of a well-managed administrative system to accommodate the operational needs of the nursing unit. Provide a client/patient-friendly environment at the administrative office/frontline desk in the unit. Maintain code of ethics and core values to ensure effective interpersonal communication. Facilitate the feedback to the Manager regarding patients, stock and equipment procurement and maintenance thereof. Maintain Clinicom processes to record patient movement and complete files and UPFS and other electronic documentation. General administrative duties, typing of quarterly reports, complete monthly and quarterly statistics for reporting purposes. |

Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy: (MS Office and Clinicom). Procurement experience to facilitate and maintain adequate stock and equipment levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
