| Perform administrative duties pertaining to HR administration e.g. appointments, service terminations, transfers, pension administration, salary administration, leave, housing, injury on duty, distribution of monthly payslips and debt management. Handle personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal) and filing of personnel data. Maintain relevant databases and registers (e.g. PILIR, RWOEE, Appointments and Service Terminations). Advise Sub-District staff, supervisors and Management with regard to Human Resource matters. Assist with SPMS and Recruitment and Selection Administration. |

R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
