Inherent requirement of the job:
Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to cope with a high work volume and follow instructions and procedures. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Willingness to deploy to other areas, especially PET/CT centre.
 
Experience:
Appropriate administrative and office management experience that focuses on the key performance areas of the post.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in MS Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point). Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner. Good interpersonal relations and organisational skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Typing of medical reports and other documents, including general correspondence of the division. Posting of reports on ECM. Divert and handle enquiries effectively and efficiently. Answer telephone, taking messages and re-direct calls when necessary. Effective and effecient officient office administrion, making photocopies, sending faxes, maintaining an accurate filing system.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
