| Appropriate practical experience in Supply Chain Management and Finance processes, including LOGIS. |

| Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent managerial, leadership organising and project management skills. The ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks under extreme pressure. Proficient in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Appropriate working experience of the LOGIS system. Extensive knowledge and practical understanding of the Financial and Supply Chain Regulatory frameworks governing financial management in the Public Sector which includes the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National and Provincial Treasury Regulations and the Accounting Officer’s System of the Department of Health, and financial system (LOGIS). |

| Ensure effective and efficient Demand, Acquisition, Asset, warehouse management and Inventory control. Ensure that all transactions comply with legislative requirements (Audit compliance) including purchases from Essential Suppliers List. Perform LOGIS system controller functions. Responsible for compilation of interim and annual financial statements inputs. Supervision of the Supply Chain Management Component, Identify and provide training to Sub-ordinates (including staff performance management). Handle queries regarding SCM. |

R 257 508 per annum - R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
