| Provide administrative and management support to the Facility Manager and Community Day Centre. Administer and procure goods and service, including asset management. Assist with infrastructure, IT equipment and assets and submit stats daily. Responsible for all support services, including reception (registry) and record management. Effective management, Human Resource functions of Support Services section, staff discipline and supervision of staff. Render budget administrative support function and Labour Relation management. Coordinate transport and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of fleet services. |

| Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to work shifts and weekend duties. |

Remuneration:

R 257 508 per annum - R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
