| Responsible for effective co-ordination of care and risk management programs; quality assurance programs; occupational health and safety programs and infection control programs. Supervise outbreak investigations and provide support to managers and staff. Promote research, education and development of staff with respect to quality assurance and risk management; health and safety and infection control principles. Develop policies and procedures to enhance quality of service delivery. Monitor and assist with improvement in technical quality as well as staff satisfaction. Provide effective leadership, guidance and supervision to subordinates. |

Remuneration:

R 470 040 per annum - R 553 677 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
