| Appropriate administrative experience. Experience in People Development and Labour Relations. Experience in PERSAL. |

| Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape Very good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure. Knowledge of basic Labour Relations matters. Good planning, organisational and presentation skills. Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations. |

| Co-ordination of meetings, taking minutes, typing and dissemination minutes after the meeting. Co-ordinate Public Training Institute Courses, training information sessions, training logistics. Compulsory Induction Program and facilitate procurement of training providers. Process nominations, confirmation letters, attendance registers and maintain a training database. Asist with the Training Needs Analysis, Compiling of Quarterly Monitoring Reports and Workplace Skills Plan. Maintain grievance and disciplinary database. Provide relief duties in the Human Resource Department. |
